There are many fun facts about John Marshall Harlan. I will only be sharing a few with you though. Some facts that I will talk about are how he got to being a Supreme Court justice, his greatest accomplishments, and how he got to being the greatest Supreme Court justice of all time.
The first fun fact is going to be on how John Marshall Harlan got to being a Supreme Court justice. Harlan got to being a Supreme Court justice by going to college then going to a university and taking law courses. After he did this he got to being really good at doing law courses. After the civil war, President Lincoln gave Harlan a chance to take his seat (Supreme Court justice). This was the beginning of his career, and he used it and took the offer up.
Another fun fact is that John Marshall Harlan took after his father. His father worked in the Supreme Court too. Harlan worked in his father’s old office that he once used. These were a few fun facts.
